All returns in the first 30 days receive a full refund minus any freight charges incurred to return product to our vendor: Contingent upon the product being in resalable condition, no obvious wear and in full operational order.
Any return after 30 days is charged a 25% restock plus freight. With the same contingencies as the first 30 day period.
60 days is charged 50% etc... No returns are allowed on chemicals or paints, without exception. Any changes or variances to this policy is at the sole discretion of Concrete Polishing Supply, LLC
All refunds will be issued with a company check on the first and fifteenth of each month.
